Much regards to SLATE for digging this up. If you're a Wire fan like I am, its nice to see that Omar can still throw his weight around in the afterlife, and without the aid of his trusty shotgun. In all honesty, Omar probably would never have been caught colluding with Carcetti or Royce, but here we find him doing a nice deed for Corzine. Go figure.
