
Marion Arnaud is Project Officer at the International Coalition for the Responsibility to Protect (ICRtoP). The Coalition, launched in January 2009, is hosted by the World Federalist Movement-Institute for Global Policy (WFM-IGP). Currently composed of 16 organizations from all regions of the world, the Coalition works to advance RtoP at the international, regional and national levels.
Ms. Arnaud holds a Master of Arts in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Leeds, England and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University, Canada. Her Master’s thesis focused on the Responsibility to Protect in Darfur, which is a project she researched while working as an intern at WFM-IGP in 2006. Ms. Arnaud has worked on various educational and humanitarian projects in France, Canada, Nicaragua and Peru.
